Founder, Mentor, Coach
Jenna Bottolfsen is an executive leadership coach with 20 years in corporate Human Resources in Wichita that include The Boeing Company, Spirit AeroSystems, and Koch Industries. Her experience spans across multiple HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, HR Technology, Coaching, and Leadership Development.

During her time as an HR leader, her clients got results through setting better expectations with their employees, implementing continuous feedback conversations in leu of annual performance reviews, and assisting leadership in placing their employees in roles that played into their strengths, bringing greater performance to the role they were meant to fill.

This dedication to development has led to her breaking out into a full-time role as the founder of Purposeful Developments, a consulting firm committed to making personal growth an intentional process.
